Entrance Floor
At the entrance, you'll find the Cactus Bar, a peaceful chill-out area separated from the main house and surrounded by charming cacti. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with a drink before heading out, or to serve as a waiting area for staff such as security or drivers. This area also features a private bathroom.

Pool Floor
The heart of the villa, this floor houses the living area, dining room, kitchen, and pool, all with stunning views of the sea. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, the living room and pool area can merge into a single, expansive indoor-outdoor space, making you feel as though you are floating above the water. Adding to the magic, the ceiling here is a work of art—covered in steel sheets that shimmer in the sunlight, creating a magical atmosphere both day and night.

Master Bedroom – Top Floor
The top floor is dedicated to the luxurious 120m² master bedroom. Both the bedroom and the bathroom share the same awe-inspiring ocean views as the main living area. Behind the bed is a striking marble feature wall, while ample closet space ensures maximum comfort. The terrace, complete with a private jacuzzi, offers the perfect spot to watch the sun melt into the sea.

Bedrooms Floor
On this level, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, TV, and safe. Two of the bedrooms open onto terraces with ocean views, while the third includes a private exercise area with a treadmill. This floor also features the villa’s luxurious Spa, equipped with a wet room, cold water plunge pool, hydromassage shower, and a rest area that doubles as a private cinema with a video projector and sound system.

1st Floor
This floor includes another beautifully designed bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a designer bathtub paired with a cozy sofa. Access to this room is via a stunning staircase, reminiscent of the iconic Guggenheim Museum in New York, crafted by a renowned architect. The staircase ends with a view of a majestic olive tree, creating a truly unforgettable entrance. On the opposite side of the house, you'll find the staff room, which is more of a mini-apartment with its own kitchen (including a stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator).
