The kitchen is connected to the main entrance through a second service door.The outdoor area has a 1.40m deep pool with an area of 29.00 m2, as well as a small terrace. The wall on the south side was designed so that images can be projected on it. The outdoor area also has a fire pit.On the west side of the house we designed a multipurpose room that can be modulated as required by the user.The house has a half bathroom and a laundry area at the back of the kitchen. Also, it has 2 parking spaces with dimensions of 2.20 x 5.00m respecting the building regulations of the municipality.BEDROOMS on this level we can find on the east side, two bedrooms, each one has a closet area, private bathroom and a shared terrace and the west bedroom has a walk in closet and double sink in the bathroom.
